join a local club and hone your skills, it can be a great workout.

I am totally drenched in sweat after 2 ours of play 2 days a week.

do a google search for "table tennis places to play" to find clubs in your area.

I have found good clubs in Melbourne FL, Lancaster PA, Arlington VA when away from home.
